The objective:
This project aimed to implement a GTM campaign promoting the FedEx tracking tool across 10 European markets. Research showed 3 types of use cases: basic tracking, advanced tracking, and app tracking.
My role:
I oversaw the concept, production and delivery of 3 informational videos on the FedEx tracking system supported by landing pages and business slide decks. Working with a team of talented freelancers, I organized and facilitated the photo shoot including hand model talent.
I also worked with a vendor on the creative post-production elements of the initial English videos. Once the English master was signed off, I oversaw localization into 10 languages. Some markets involved working with a voice-over agency, while others required subtitles.
I also managed the upload onto the FedEx local YouTube channels, including end cards and locally researched keywords for SEO purposes.
Alongside this I was overseeing the FedEx eNews localization, A/B testing and distribution in 10+ markets.
The outcome:
3 x evergreen videos in 10 markets with supporting B2B digital and presentation materials. Additional communication channels such as the eNews targeted newsletter.
